له دې سره سم په ورته وخت کې د امريکا ولسمشر جو بایډن بيا ويلي، چې امريکا د يوې نوې سړې جګړې لپاره هڅه نه کوي، نه غواړي د چين نظام بدل شي او نه هم غواړي له چين سره مخالفت ولري.
