امریکا در حال بازگرداندن برخی افغان‌های غیر واجد شرایط پناهنده گی، به کشور‌شان است

مقامات امریکایی گفته‌اند که حکومت امریکا در حال بررسی بازگرداندن برخی از مهاجرین افغان به کشورشان‌است که در حال حاضر در پایگاه نظامی ایالات متحده در کوزوو به‌سر می‌برند.

سی‌ان‌ان به نقل از سه مقام آگاه امریکایی گزارش کرده، اگر این مهاجرین افغان واجد شروط لازم برای پذیرش به حیث مهاجر در امریکا را نباشند و نتوانند از بررسی‌های سختگیرانه با موفقیت بگذرند، به افغانستان بازگردانده خواهند شد.

اما بازگرداندن این افغان‌ها به کشورشان که با سئوالات پیچیده حقوقی نیز روبروست، تنها یکی از گزینه‌هاست.

مقامات امریکا در حال بررسی گزینه‌های دیگری نیز هستند برای اسکان مهاجران افغان‌. ولی حکومت امریکا هنوز یک طرح کلی روی دست ندارد که وقتی این افغان‌ها به عنوان مهاجر در امریکا پذیرفته نشدند،‌ در چه کشورهایی به آنها پیشنهاد اسکان داده شود.

روند شتابزدهٔ بیرون کشیدن افراد از افغانستان در هفته‌های پایانی ماه آگست، در پی تسلط طالبان بر افغانستان و فرار اشرف غنی رئیس جمهوری سابق این کشور، امریکا را واداشت تا کمپ‌هایی در سراسر اروپا و خاورمیانه ایجاد کند برای رسیدگی به درخواست پناهندگی ده‌ها هزار افغان.

نزدیک به ۷۰ هزار نفر به امریکا انتقال داده شدند و بقیه به کشورهای سوم.

به گزارش رسانه‌های امریکایی افرادی که پرونده‌های‌شان نیاز به بررسی‌های بیشتر دارد به پایگاه نظامی بونداستیل امریکا Camp Bondsteel در کوزوو انتقال داده شده‌اند.

حدود ۱۳۰ هزار شهروند خارجی و افغان‌هایی که با کشورهای غربی در افغانستان کار کرده‌اند و زندگی شان با تهدید روبرو بوده، از طریق میدان هوایی کابل به خارج انتقال داده شدند.

اما همزمان گزارش شده که در این میان و در جریان عملیات تخلیه، افرادی که مدارک لازم نداشتند و تهدیدی متوجه‌شان نبوده‌است، هم سوار هواپیماها شدند.

همچنین بر اساس گزارش‌ها، برخی افراد بر اساس «واسطه و خویش‌خوری» به خارج انتقال داده شدند که این امر باعث شد آنهایی که واقعا با تهدید روبرو بوده‌اند، در افغانستان جا بمانند.
